Show Description
Big Nostalgia celebrates the little things that played a big role in our childhood memories. Phone charms, digital pets, and other objects are represented as oversized sculptures and in prints to remind us how much bigger they were in our hands and the larger role they played in our young lives. Exchanging trinkets, making friendship bracelets, and showing off your collection were ways to build connection and share parts of your identity as a child in the 90s. Big Nostalgia is a throwback to a simpler time, before social media, when what’s cool was up to you and your friends.
