Karnidale returns 15-16 January 2027 in Karridale, 30km south of Margaret River - the Southern Hemisphere's largest festival dedicated to circus.Nine venues. Two days and two nights.
THE ROYALE - the grand big top, 1,000 seats. The International Spectacular, Gravity & Other Myths' A Simple Space, Head First Acrobats' Return of the GODZ, The All Star Cabaret and The Family Pitts Circus.
THE LUNAR SENSATION - YUCK Circus, Splash Test Dummies, The Kids Cabaret Show and Margaret River Circus School.
THE EDITH SPIEGELTENT - ornate, mirrored, vintage glamour, and where the night keeps going. Cabaret, magic, Kitty Litter, Gina et Francoise and the late shows.
THE AMPHITHEATRE STAGE - open air, bring a blanket.
THE DR REG BOLTON BAR - live bands all day, in the bar and on the verandah, supported this year by Margaret River Beer Co and Leeuwin Wines.
THE BUS STATION - the band stage.
THE ROCKETSHIP - thirty seats and ten-minute acts. Get really close to the acrobats.
THE FLYING RIG - home of The Flying Mullets.
THE LOLLIPOP WORKSHOP TENT - silks, juggling, mini tramp, hoops and acrobatics for parents and kids. Stop watching and have a go.
Plus the Circus Olympics, markets, food and kids' shows. Gates open 2pm Friday and it runs through to the early hours of Sunday morning.
