Karmanos Comedy Champions

The Karmanos Comedy Champions is a fundraising event that celebrates the power of laughter and the hope of new cures for cancer. The event will feature comedian Michael Kosta from The Daily Show, with local improvisation group Hip-Prov, opening up the fun. Event proceeds will benefit the future oncology education program, supporting tomorrow’s oncology researchers from high school to post-graduate studies. Cancer cures are not found by chance – they are discovered by people. Gifts from this event will educate the next generation of cancer doctors, scientists, and researchers in Detroit and beyond.
