Join me for an all-levels Vinyasa yoga class where we’ll move, breathe, and connect through the practice of yoga. Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, you’re welcome here!
I’m preparing to compete with Team Focus at the World Yoga Championships in Italy, and these community classes are a way to bring people together through movement and shared purpose.
