Karma Class: Free Yoga Flow

KARMA Classes are our way to give back to the community AND celebrate a variety of class styles and instructors. These classes are FREE to all - our members AND anyone curious to try us out. Please see below on what to expect in this KARMA class.

CLASS STYLE = YOGA FLOW

Find confidence and build awareness in our Yoga Flow. Yoga Flow offers strength, flexibility and breath work as you focus on fundamental poses found in vinyasa yoga classes. Perfect for those just starting out in their yoga journey as well as the advanced yogi who is wanting to focus on their poses with fine attention to alignment details.

• Mat rentals available for $4, sweat towel rentals available for $2
• Doors unlock 15 minutes before class and lock at start of class time
• If this is your first class, please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can show you around and get you settled in!
• Bring a water bottle, and make sure to hydrate beforehand!
