I’ll be performing at @faloysterfest 2026 on Friday 9th October at 1pm in Events Square 🦪🦞🎶Karenza Lily-May is a young musician from Padstow Cornwall, whose music blends Celtic, Cornish, Folk and Contemporary traditions. Her performances bring together the rich textures of accordion and guitar, lifted by the pulse of a stomp box for irresistible, foot-tapping rhythm.
Her songs carry stories of people, land and sea, some drawn from well-loved tradition, others original compositions that echo the spirit of her Cornish roots.
Karenza has supported the renowned shanty group The Oggymen at The Minack Theatre and performed at Beautiful Days Festival, Cornwall Folk Festival and back in May was part of the first ever Fisherman’s Friends Festival lineup, building a reputation for heartfelt performance and a voice that bridges heritage and modern folk expression.
