Time: 4-7pm (doors at 3:45pm)
Location: Berkley Community Center, 2400 Robina Ave, Berkley MI 48072
Off With Your Indoor Voice!!
It's time to tumble down the rabbit hole… microphone first. One night. All the wrong notes. All the right reasons.
Join Michigan Stage for KARAOKE THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS, a wonderfully topsy-turvy Playlab Karaoke Fundraiser where the songs are familiar, the rules are questionable, and everyone gets a chance to take center stage.
Whether you're a Broadway belter, a pop superstar in your own mind, or someone who prefers to cheer from the sidelines, there's a place for you in our little corner of Wonderland.
But this isn't just a night of questionable song choices and questionable dance moves. It's a chance to support the creative, confidence-building, community-powered programs that make Michigan Stage special.
Our Playlabs give young people and community members a place to dream up original stories, take creative risks, collaborate, and discover what happens when their ideas matter. Your support helps keep that kind of play accessible.
So grab your friends, choose your song, and prepare to lose your head (over karaoke).

WHAT ARE PLAYLABS?
Beyond the applause and stage lights lies the heart of our mission: giving every young performer their moment to shine. For many of the students in our after-school Playlab programs, the stage is more than just a place to perform. It’s a place to belong. A lifeline. A rare place where they can be seen, heard, and celebrated. That’s where you come in. You can help a young artist take centerstage: Your gift today means a standing ovation tomorrow—for a child who’s never had one before.
