You're invited to the Incentive Toolbox: Navigating Kankakee's Business Incentives event on Oct. 15. This event will bring together all of the incentives that Kankakee has to offer business and property owners looking to grow, renovate, or relocate. TIF financing, Enterprise Zone benefits, River Edge Redevelopment Zone credits, KDC rent rebates, and facade improvement funding, will all be explained in plain language, with real examples of local businesses that have already put these tools to work.
