For centuries, people have used divination and psychic practices to seek answers, communicate with the unseen, understand the present, and glimpse what might lie ahead. But what exactly *is* a psychic reading—and how does someone learn to do it?
Join us on Tuesday, Oct. 20 at 7pm for KalaSalon: Psychic Readings at Shakespeare’s Pub. Drawing from her own firsthand experience with divination and psychic sensing, Anserz (Morgan Eakins) will take us behind the scenes of what it’s like to learn, practice, and perform readings for yourself and others.
We’ll look at the history and folklore surrounding familiar practices such as tarot, scrying, tea-leaf reading, casting objects, and more, while exploring how these traditions are learned and practiced today.
Whether you’re a believer, a skeptic, a practicing reader, or simply someone who has always wondered what is happening on the other side of the crystal ball, bring your questions and your curiosity!
