This workshop will immerse you in the world of baristas. You'll gain a solid understanding of espresso and portafilter machines, and you'll learn how to make truly excellent espresso. You'll delve into espresso extraction, tamping, grind size, milk foam and oat milk foam, visually checking the extraction, pouring milk, and how to best influence the extraction process. You'll stand at the machine yourself, prepare espressos, froth and pour milk, and taste your homemade espressos and cappuccinos.
