WHAT TO EXPECT
Different groups of K-Kardio Dance instructors will take turns to lead on stage for this non-stop dance workout event. Feel free to take a water or toilet break whenever needed!
ATTIRE
Please come in comfortable workout attire and covered shoes. Slippers, crocs and dress shoes are not allowed due to safety reasons.
WHAT TO BRING
Water bottle. Extra change of clothes if you need, as you will be expecting a sweaty awesome workout session!
PARKING
