Join us for an intensive three-day Defendo training weekend led by István Nagy – 6th Dan Defendo Black Belt, Saario Academy Leader. This seminar is suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced.
The weekend focuses on updated testing levels, black belt requirements, practical training progressions, and scenario-based work. Training includes levels 1–6 and black belt material.

Friday:
16:30 - 17:00 Registration
17:00 - 21:00 Training
Saturday & Sunday:
09:30 - 10:00 Registration (for new participants)
10:00 - 11:00 Training
11:15 - 12:15 Training

Level tests (1-6): Saturday from 16:15 onward
