JWV Marchers: National Memorial Day Parade

We are calling on all Jewish military veterans and current military service personnel!
You are all invited to join with members of the Jewish War Veterans of the United States of America in marching in the National Memorial Day parade on May 25th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, along a 10-block span of Constitution Avenue (between 7th and 17th Streets NW) in Washington, DC.
This year marks the 130th anniversary of JWV’s founding in 1896, making the JWV the oldest active veteran’s service organization in the country. Founded by 63 Civil War Jewish combat veterans, in part to fight antisemitism.

The parade, the largest in the nation, will be televised live on ABC network. Featured in the JWV contingent will be 3 Jewish veterans of World War II, who are centenarians and will be riding in classic vintage cars.

Given the tenor of the times, stand with your fellow Jewish veterans and military personnel who have and are proudly serving our country.
