About this Event
Just Breathe is a 75-minute experience built around one thing most of us forget to do well: breathe. We'll use pranayama — the ancient practice of intentional breath — as the foundation for our movement and our healing. Sound bowls woven throughout (not just at the end) create a continuous field of calm your nervous system will recognize immediately.
This one is especially for educators. If you're limping toward summer, this is your permission to pause.
What to expect:
· 10 min — breath awareness and nervous system reset
· 40 min — slow yoga flow with breath cues woven into every pose
· 10 min — pranayama practice (4-7-8, box breathing, alternate nostril)
· 15 min — sound bowl closing with guided body scan
