Welcome to Evangeline's 13th Annual Crawfish Boil Festival! Get ready for an amazing day of fresh boiled crawfish, live music and good times on Sat, May 9, 2026 at Evangeline's Bistro Music House located at 512 North Euclid Ave in the beautiful Central West End.
Premium Louisiana Crawfish will be flown straight from Louisiana to St. Louis the morning of the festival to be boiled with Cajun spices, corn, potatoes and smoked sausage by LSU Alumni Chef Brent Beckman and friends. Doors open at 10:30am.
Evangeline's regular menu, including Missouri grass-fed burgers, Championship Gumbo, Famous Red Beans and Rice, Po'Boys and Cajun/Creole cuisine will be available from 10:30am to 10pm. Full bar/cocktail menu featuring House-infused Daquiris, Creole Bloody Marys, Champagne Cocktails and Real Fruit Juice Hurricanes will be served 10:30am to 11pm.
Live music will be inside on the Evangeline's stage starting at 11am until 10:30pm with speakers set up outside so you can enjoy the music both inside and on the patio. Tickets include a variety of music performed by four amazing St. Louis bands as well as touring musicians from Nashville, TN.
