On the 2nd November 2019, we held our very first parkrun at Irchester Country Park. Here we are, SEVEN years later, celebrating our SEVENTH birthday! 🎂In those seven years, we will have:
- Held 2️⃣9️⃣2️⃣ events
- Thanked 1️⃣1️⃣2️⃣5️⃣+ volunteers
- Welcomed 1️⃣6️⃣6️⃣4️⃣9️⃣+ runners/walkers/joggers
- Seen 6️⃣6️⃣8️⃣9️⃣0️⃣+ people cross the finish line
Come along to Irchester Country parkrun on the 31st October this year to join us in our birthday celebrations! 🥳
Once again, our theme will be 'Jurassic', based on the link with the park. (And because there's nothing funnier than a bunch of dinosaurs running around Irchester on a Saturday morning! 🤣)
Fancy dress is absolutely encouraged! 🦖🦕
There will be plenty of cake at the finish! 🍰
All are welcome; regulars, first timers, tourists. Please click 'attending' if you plan to come though so that we can ensure we have plenty of cake supplies for all!
