“Mine to Market” Gem Adventure
Give your child a holiday experience that sparkles. The Junior Rockstars program is a 1.5 hour hands-on adventure designed for children aged 5 to 10, created to inspire curiosity through the wonders of gems, rocks, and minerals.
In this session, children explore how art and science come together in the world of gemstones. They learn through seeing, touching, and feeling, from mining for gems to using real gemology tools like the loupe. With specimens from around the world, every activity offers a fun, eye-opening way to discover nature’s hidden treasures.
