About this Event
Join us for a whimsical spring gathering in High Park where we’ll slow down, go outside, be off our phones, and make art together!
We’ll begin with a gentle 45-minute walk through the park, taking in the gorgeous views o high park and enjoying the fresh air with other women. This isn’t a hike or anything strenuous, just a relaxed walk designed to help us notice the beauty around us.
After the walk, we’ll sit together in the park, share a light snack, and explore watercolor! We will also make a bathroom stop at a coffee shop for those who need it before we paint.
I’ll guide everyone step-by-step through painting simple spring florals with watercolor, inspired by the blooms and nature around us. In this workshop we will be painting a FULL bouquet of flowers so you will walk away with a finished piece!
No art experience is needed at all, this is a beginner-friendly session and I’ll walk you through everything. The focus is on creativity, connection, and enjoying the process rather than making something perfect. That is what my Good Girls Making Bad Art Club is all about!
This gathering is also a lovely opportunity to meet other women in Toronto and enjoy what this beautiful park has to offer!
- Where will we meet in the park? At north entrance of High Park. I will email everyone the exact location the day before!
- Do we need to bring anything? Just a waterbottle and comfy shoes to walk in. I will provide all supplies needed!
