CARE Centre for Internationally Educated Nurses (CARE Centre) is a pan-Canadian non-profit organization supporting internationally educated nurses (IENs) before and after arrival on their pathway to licensure, employment, and integration into the Canadian healthcare system. Through the provincially funded Supports, Training, and Access to Regulated-employment Services (STARS) program in Ontario, and the nationally delivered Pre-Arrival and Post-Arrival Supports and Services (PASS) program funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, CARE Centre provides comprehensive, individualized supports including one-to-one case management, language training, exam preparation, mentorship, employment services, skills enhancement, and professional development.

CultureLink Settlement & Community Services Labour Market Assistance (LMA) Program is where we work with newcomers (Permanent Residents, Convention Refugees, and Protected Persons) to access resources and develop a plan for a successful job search. How are you receiving employment supports? Our services include individual employment counselling, job search strategies, resume support, a mentorship program, employment workshops, and sharing resources and guidelines for professional development and training. All of our services are free, so come forward and help yourself to navigate your career pathways- we are here to support you!
