Julie Védy is a Swiss emerging indie pop artist based in Berlin. Her experimental vocal arrangements lie at the heart of her musical identity. She writes songs with some pop and jazz influences in both English and French to create a singular and poetic atmosphere. She began music by playing classical piano, singing in choir as a child and writing her first song at 10. At 18 years old, she released her first self-produced EP, combining poetry and vocal experimentation in an intimate and mainly acoustic universe. After studying architecture for 3 years, she moved to Berlin to study music and fully dedicate herself to her project. She is currently studying songwriting and music production in BIMM University. She is now working on her new EP « Tournesols » (sunflowers). Julie’s inspiration for this EP came around a year ago, after moving to Berlin and explores the themes of change, letting go of the past and finding your new path.

Zandra Zoe is an emerging British singer/songwriter based in Berlin. Her artist project attests to her interdisciplinary background, which cites achievments such as her recent graduation from BIMM University with a First Class Honours in Songwriting, and a dance scholarship to the Bede’s Legat Dance Academy. During her studies at BIMM (completed at the London, Brighton and Berlin campuses,) she was a guitarist in the Brighton band ‘BEAU’ , co-wrote ‘Malia Rey’s’ track ‘Same Page’ (10,000 streams on spotify), and was selected for the Kulturkarawane Songwriting camp in Trier. She also grew up with extensive training in Musical theatre, and is currently starring as Ariel in ‘Musical Theatre Society Berlin’s’ production of Footloose. Zandra is also about to take part in the selective Berlin based ‘Advanced Dance Program’ , and is excited to incorporate this dance training into her artistry.
As of now, Zandra Zoe is focusing on synthesising these influences into a cohesive musical project which is heavily driven by her love of RnB and Pop. Taking inspiration from artists such as Olivia Dean, Lianne La Havas and Victoria Monet, Zandra also writes and composes her own songs, and is currently working towards her first release with the song ‘Right Here’. She is excited to perform this song during her upcoming gig as the support act for fellow Berlin based artist ‘Julie Vedy’ . She is excited to bring both her musical and dance sensibilities to the stage.
