W tym roku mija 10 lat, odkąd rozpocząłem swoją drogę jako nauczyciel 5Rytmów®. Dziesięć lat prowadzenia ludzi poprzez ruch i taniec, dziesięć lat spotkań na parkietach w Polsce i na świecie, tysiące godzin praktyki, doświadczeń i wspólnie przetańczonych fal.
To dla mnie ważny moment - czas wdzięczności, celebracji i spojrzenia na drogę, którą przebyłem. Chcę uczcić te 10 lat dokładnie tak, jak czuję najbardziej: w ruchu, w spotkaniu, przy Cacao i we wspólnym tańcu.
Zapraszam Was więc na wyjątkową, jubileuszową 5Rytmową Ceremonię Cacao. Tych, którzy tańczyli ze mną przez ostatnie lata, tych, których spotkałem tylko raz, i tych, którzy dopiero po raz pierwszy wejdą ze mną na parkiet.
🍀 Ceremonia Cacao to oczyszczenie poprzez radość, zabawę, obecność, b(ł)ogostan. Cacao to święta roślina Majów, używana podczas obrzędów ceremonialnych. Roślina ta uczy nas jak wejść głębiej w nasze serca, umysły i serce Matki Ziemi, by na nowo odkryć prawdziwą uzdrawiającą siłę, która jest w każdym z nas. Będziemy spożywać ok 30-40g specjalnie przygotowanego czystego surowego Cacao. Będziemy pić “napój bogów” - Cacao i tańczyć. Otworzymy nasze serca dzięki magicznej podróży oraz przetańczymy wspólnie falę 5Rytmów®.
✨ 5Rytmów® to dynamiczna praktyka ruchu i medytacji w tańcu, oparta na idei, że ruch jest medycyną. To przestrzeń, w której poprzez tę praktykę uwolnimy z ciała napięcia i zapisane w nim historie, otwierając się na głębsze czucie, obecność i połączenie ze sobą. To także powrót do serca - do miłości, delikatności i przestrzeni, w której możemy być sobą naprawdę. 5Rytmów® to praktyka, która uczy nas, jak obudzić ciało i uwolnić umysł. Umysł uspokaja się, kiedy ciało zostaje rozpoznane, zaprzyjaźnione i wytańczone. Kiedy ciało jest w ruchu, staje się czystą energią, przepływem – staje się samym życiem. Poprzez 5 jakości ruchu (Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical i Stillness) dajemy sobie szansę odnalezienia siebie, zrozumienia, bycia Tu i Teraz – z otwartymi sercami i czystymi umysłami. Jeśli wprowadzisz swoje ciało w ruch, dusza sama się uzdrowi. Metoda 5Rytmów® stworzona przez Gabrielle Roth, łącząca w sobie różnorodne tradycje i filozofie z całego świata. Czerpiąc z mądrości tradycji rdzennych, mistycznych, szamańskich oraz wschodnich, 5Rytmów® zawiera również elementy terapii Gestalt i psychologii transpersonalnej. Metoda opiera się na założeniu, że wszystko w naturze, w tym nasze życie, porusza się w rytmie i cyklach.
Wydarzenie jest otwarte zarówno dla tańczących 5Rytmów® jak i dla nowicjuszy.
WAŻNE INFORMACJE:
W dniu ceremonii – zarówno przed, jak i w jej trakcie – nie spożywamy alkoholu ani innych środków odurzających.
Jesteś w pełni odpowiedzialny/a za siebie, swoje potrzeby, uczucia i emocje oraz dbasz o przestrzeń i bezpieczeństwo – swoje i pozostałych uczestników.
Komunikuj jasno swoje potrzeby i granice.
5Rytmów to wspólny proces, w którym mogą pojawiać się różne emocje – płacz, śmiech czy krzyk. Bądź autentyczny/a i pozwól sobie na wyrażanie siebie. Wszystkie uczucia i emocje są mile widziane.
Zajęcia są przyjazne osobom LGBT+.

Ceremonia Cacao:
Podczas ceremonii będziemy spożywać surowe cacao z miodem, szafranem i wanilią. Jeśli masz alergię na którykolwiek ze składników, poinformuj mnie o tym wcześniej.
Jeśli przyjmujesz leki psychoaktywne, również skonsultuj się wcześniej ze mną oraz z lekarzem, aby upewnić się, czy możesz bezpiecznie spożywać stężone, surowe cacao.

Tomasz Szymocha - akredytowany nauczyciel 5Rytmów® i prekursor tanecznych Ceremonii Cacao. Jako pierwszy w Polsce wprowadził ten napój do 5Rytmów®/ świadomego tańca.
Trening nauczycielski skończył w The Moving Center® New York. Od tego czasu aktywnie prowadzi zajęcia i warsztaty 5Rytmów® w Polsce, Niemczech, Izraelu, Hiszpanii. Z zawodu jest aktorem mimem po szkole w Berlinie, gdzie przez wiele lat pracował w teatrze. Nauczał ruchu w Niemczech, Polsce, Włoszech, Francji, Stanach Zjednoczonych i Izraelu. Prowadził zajęcia taneczno-teatralne dla dzieci i młodzieży w Berlinie i Paryżu.
W wieku 25 lat intensywnie medytował przez 2,5 roku w Himalajach.
Od 2011 roku założyciel BioRezydencji w Świeradowie-Zdroju (www.biorezydencja.pl), ekologicznego centrum warsztatowo-rozwojowego. Z zamiłowania jogin, podróżnik, ojciec 5 dzieci, wegetarianin, masażysta Lomi Lomi Nui, ukończył ISTA level 2, miłośnik lasów (zasadził 70 tys drzew).

✨ 10 YEARS IN MOTION - ANNIVERSARY 5RHYTHMS® CACAO CEREMONY ✨
This year marks 10 years since I began my journey as a 5Rhythms® teacher. Ten years of guiding people through movement and dance, ten years of meeting on dance floors in Poland and around the world, and thousands of hours of practice, experience, and waves danced together.
For me, this is a meaningful moment - a time for gratitude, celebration, and honoring the journey so far. And I want to celebrate these 10 years in the way that feels most natural to me: through movement, connection, Cacao, and dancing together.
So I invite you to a very special Anniversary 5Rhythms® Cacao Ceremony - those of you who have danced with me over the years, those I have met only once, and those who will step onto the dance floor with me for the very first time.
🍀 Cacao Ceremony
The Cacao Ceremony is purification through joy, playfulness, presence, and well-being. Cacao is a sacred plant of the Maya, traditionally used in ceremonial rituals. This plant teaches us how to go deeper into our hearts, our minds, and into the heart of Mother Earth - to rediscover the true healing power that lives within each of us. We will drink approximately 30–40g of specially prepared pure raw cacao. We will share the “drink of the gods” and dance. Through this magical journey, we will open our hearts and dance together a full 5Rhythms® wave.
✨ 5Rhythms®
5Rhythms® is a dynamic movement and dance meditation practice based on the idea that movement is medicine.
It is a space where, through movement, we release tension and stored stories from the body, opening ourselves to deeper feeling, presence, and connection. It is also a return to the heart — to love, gentleness, and a space where we can truly be ourselves.
5Rhythms® teaches us how to awaken the body and free the mind. The mind quiets when the body is recognized, befriended, and danced. When the body is in motion, it becomes pure energy, pure flow — it becomes life itself. Through the five qualities of movement (Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness), we give ourselves the opportunity to rediscover who we are, to understand, and to be Here and Now — with open hearts and clear minds. If you put your body in motion, the soul will heal itself.
The 5Rhythms® method was created by Gabrielle Roth. It integrates various traditions and philosophies from around the world. Drawing from indigenous, mystical, shamanic, and Eastern wisdom traditions, it also incorporates elements of Gestalt therapy and transpersonal psychology. The method is based on the understanding that everything in nature — including our lives — moves in rhythms and cycles.
This event is open both to experienced 5Rhythms dancers and complete newcomers.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
On the day of the ceremony — both before and during the event — we do not consume alcohol or any other intoxicating substances.
You are fully responsible for yourself, your needs, feelings, and emotions, and for taking care of the shared space and the safety of yourself and others.
Please communicate your needs and boundaries clearly.
5Rhythms is a shared process in which different emotions may arise — tears, laughter, or even shouting. Be authentic and allow yourself to express. All feelings and emotions are welcome.
The event is LGBT+ friendly.
We dance barefoot.
Cacao Ceremony – Health Information
During the ceremony, we will drink raw cacao with honey, saffron, and vanilla. If you are allergic to any of these ingredients, please inform me in advance. If you are taking psychoactive medication, please consult both me and your doctor beforehand to make sure that drinking concentrated raw cacao is safe for you.

Tomasz Szymocha - accredited 5Rhythms® teacher and pioneer of dance Cacao Ceremonies. He was the first in Poland to introduce this drink to 5Rhythms®/conscious dance.
He finished his teacher training in 2016 at The Moving Center® New York. From that time on he has actively run 5Rhythms® classes and workshops in Poland, Germany, Israel and Spain. By profession, he is an actor mime after the school in Berlin, where he worked for many years in the theater. He taught movement in Germany, Poland, Italy, France, the United States and Israel. He conducted dance and theater classes for children and youth in Berlin and Paris. He grew up in Warsaw, where he performed at the Buffo Theater as a mime. In 1987 he emigrated to Berlin. At the age of 25, he intensively meditated for 2.5 years in the Himalayas. From 2011, the founder of the BioRezydencja in Świeradów-Zdrój (www.biorezydencja.pl), an ecological personal growth and workshop centre. Passionate traveler, father of 5 children, vegetarian, Lomi Lomi Nui masseur, graduated with ISTA level 1 and 2, forest lover (he planted 70 thousand trees). Tomasz draws inspiration from shamanism, deep contact with nature, fascination with theater and wisdom that is constantly passed on to him by his five children.
