JTP Tri & Ironmaori SWIM skills for event day – Mon 5th & 12th Oct - 6pmConsidering a triathlon this Summer?

This session covers everything:
• How to swim in a wetsuit
• Togs or Undies, Bra or Butt Butter
• All the pushy people around you
• Big waves, cold, salty water
• Lack of vision, sunstrike
• Goggles broke, zip busted
• Sharks, jellyfish, eels, your head
• Asthma, hyperventilating, SIPE
• Confidence, warming up, safety
Your coach is the dynamic Mad Max Parker
Session is in the outside pool at the Aquatic Centre – side two lanes
Pay your own pool entry, this session is FREE but any Koha appreciated
PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE A WETSUIT (or borrow a JTP one on 4th Oct at 4pm)

The BIKE program:
Beginner rides on the road with a leader every Tues/Thurs 6pm, and Saturday mornings - FREE
The SWIM program:
Lake beginner sessions with Maxine over Summer – Mondays 5:30pm at the Blue Lake starting Mon 19th Oct - FREE
The RUN program:
Beginner running sessions every Weds 6pm starting Weds 2nd Oct, and every Sunday morning 7:30am - FREE
