From there, immerse yourself in the landscape with a guided hike through the foothills, followed by an inspiring yoga session surrounded by the peaceful beauty of Higuera Ranch.
Continue your wellness journey with an invigorating strength and conditioning session, thoughtfully balanced with restorative stretching to leave your body feeling strong, open, and renewed.
Your movement experience is joyfully led by Elena Wilson, Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant & Group Exercise Instructor, with an emphasis on mindful movement, strength, mobility, and feeling your best.
Take another opportunity to explore the ranch with a refreshing hike before retreating poolside to enjoy a light, nourishing bite and time to relax, connect, and soak in the surroundings.
