This month's activity is decorating a pumpkin using drawing, collage or painting techniques. Please note we will not be carving the pumpkin.
Creative activities are known to support wellbeing, reduce stress levels, and encourage us to become more present in the moment. This workshop is an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and enjoy a couple of hours focused on creativity, relaxation, and joyful self-expression.
You don’t need to be “good” at art or create something perfect.
This is about giving yourself permission to pause, explore, and enjoy the process.
We’ll begin with a short mindful creative activity to help you settle into the space before moving into the main activity for the evening, which will change each month. You’ll be free to create in your own way, with all materials, inspiration, and encouragement provided.
The evening is designed to feel relaxed and unpressured. You can take things at your own pace, spend time in your own thoughts, chat with friends, or connect with others, whatever feels right for you.
