About this Event
An afternoon devoted to Joy Division. Experience a previously unreleased live performance and screening of unseen live performances by Joy Division.
Joy Division played 120 live shows between 1978 and 1980.
17 of these performances are included in the JOY DIVISION ETERNAL box set released on 25 September. They document what a phenomenal live band they were.
For many Joy Division fans - especially those of us who never had the opportunity to see them live - the bootlegged live shows are as vital as the recorded output.
Join us for this special Joy Division focussed Sunday Ekstasis afternoon session.
Discussion & DJs plus one attendee will leave with the Joy Division Eternal box set.
Special guests: Richard Boon, manager Buzzcocks & Dec Hickey, From Heaven To Heaven.
NOTE: There is an 'official' invitation only Joy Division Eternal playback event at the Hope and Anchor on 7th October. This event is NOT associated with that event.
