Spend time reading and praying with Scripture while we explore a Medina County park. Twice a month, on second and fourth Saturdays from spring through the fall, Deacon Mark Tomecko will lead lectio divina while we pray silently and walk through a selected park.Our 10th Journey with the Word hike is Saturday, May 9, at 8:30 AM at Chippewa Inlet - North Trailhead. Meet in the parking lot on Lafayette Road, near the point where Columbia Road ends at Lafayette (5803 Lafayette Rd)
Our walk will be entirely on a crushed stone path and very flat.
Total distance: Approximately 3 miles, broken into three segments with short rest stops.
This is a casual, prayerful, reflective walk, not a workout.
Children are welcome, but we kindly ask that you do not bring pets on our walks.
