Join Journey With Jason on Halloween for a very special 40th Anniversary celebration of "FRIDAY THE 13TH PART VI: JASON LIVES" in Rutledge, Georgia at Hard Labor Creek State Park (aka Camp Forest Green... aka Camp Crystal Lake), where the majority of the movie was actually filmed!
We are thrilled to announce that we will have at least one (if not two special guests) at this event!
As always, fans will enjoy an entire weekend of summer camp fun - shared cabin camping, games (trunk or treat, pumpkin carving contest, costume contest, etc.), campfires with s’mores, horror movie screenings, swimming and canoeing (if weather allows) in Crystal Lake, an epic on-location screening of “JASON LIVES” and more!
You’ll be able to relive the movie exactly where it was filmed! I will share stories from my journey of finding all the filming locations (including the 2nd cemetary) and all kinds of things you may not know about the filming.
We are going to have some famous vehicles from other Georgia productions there that weekend.
If you just want to come during the day we have day passes available. You just have to leave by dark please.
I’m looking forward to reuniting with everyone at Camp Forest Green to celebrate 40 YEARS of this iconic chapter in horror history!
We will have a food and drink truck available each day of the event.

IF YOU ARE CAUGHT DOING DRUGS OF ANY KIND, YOU WILL BE IMMEDIATELY ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT REFUND. ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED FOR GUESTS 21 AND OVER, BUT ONLY CANNED OR BOTTLED BEER AND WINE ARE ALLOWED. LIQUOR, SPIRITS OR MIXERS ARE NOT PERMITTED. YOU MUST DRINK RESPONSIBLY. BY PURCHASING TICKETS YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS. WE WILL HAVE OFF DUTY OFFICERS HERE THROUGHOUT THE EVENT.
