Through his personal journey and a live cooking demonstration, Nestor, City of Glasgow College Alumni Member, will share how food can tell stories, connect cultures and inspire the next generation.
More than a cooking demonstration, this is an opportunity to discover the story behind the chef and the vision behind Journey to the Table.
