Our Journey to Homeownership (J2H) program provides educational tools and resources to support community members who are looking to become homeowners. The core part of the J2H initiative is a down payment assistance program. Many capable buyers are missing the opportunity to purchase homes in neighborhoods where they grew up, raised children, or have deep community ties — limiting the potential for generational wealth.
