Using loop pedals and effects, Ben creates the sound of a string quartet live in front of you - using just one violin.
Across the evening he'll move through classical, folk and popular-inspired music, alongside stories from his own adventures and reflections on some of the challenges of mental ill health.
It promises to be a really interesting night - great live music, good company, and something a little different from the usual Friday evening.
