Eileen Snyder is a journaling instructor, career development professional, short-story and flash-fiction writer, and author who believes that writing is a powerful tool for creativity, reflection, and personal growth. With more than 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate life and career transitions, she uses journaling to inspire self-discovery, resilience, and creative expression. Eileen leads workshops that welcome writers, artists, and anyone curious about putting pen to paper. She is currently the Chair of MACCA, the Mid-Atlantic Career Counseling Association, and uses journaling in her private practice with clients navigating life's transitions.
