Päivänäytökset ovat ensisijaisesti Taidetestaajille, mutta osaan niistä on lippuja myös muulle yleisölle. Perjantain iltaesitys on kokonaan avoin kaikelle yleisölle.
”Paperia” on nykytanssiteos teemoinaan muisti, säilyttäminen ja identiteetti nopeasti muuttuvassa urbaanissa kulttuurissa. Teos muodostuu lyhyistä kohtauksista ja tunnelmakuvista, joissa eri liiketekniikat – nykytanssi, sirkus, parkour – sulautuvat toisiinsa. Materiaaleina teos käyttää lankaa ja metallia, vanhaa ja uutta, kylmää ja pehmeää.
”Minulle teosprosessi alkoi suvussa kulkeneen vanhan neulontatekniikan opiskelusta. Aloin harjoitella katoavaa käsityötapaa pitääkseni sitä elävänä tulevaisuudessa. Neuloessani minusta tuntui että asia joka voisi olla mitä suurimmassa määrin omani onkin minulle vierasta, osa katoavaa maailmaa.”
Iiro Näkin nuorille suunnattu sooloteos ”Paperia” on Playground Co.:n esikoisteos, joka sai ensi-iltansa 5.5.2026.

The daytime performances are primarily for Art Testers, but some of them also have tickets for the rest of the audience. Friday’s evening performance is completely open to all audiences.
Description of the Performance
“Paper” is a contemporary dance piece whose themes include memory, preservation, and identity in a rapidly changing urban culture. The work is composed of short scenes and atmospheric images in which different movement techniques—contemporary dance, circus, and parkour—blend together. The piece uses elements such as thread and metal, old and new, cold and soft.
“For me, the artistic process began with studying an old knitting technique passed down through my family. I started practicing this disappearing craft in order to keep it alive in the future. As I knitted, I felt that something which could be entirely my own was in fact foreign to me, a part of a vanishing world.”
Iiro Näkki’s solo work “Paper”, aimed at Youth, is the debut production of Playground Co., and premiered in May 2026.
