About this Event
Pensions Industry Joint Diversity & Inclusion Event
Join us on 7 May for a collaborative, cross‑industry event exploring practical, people‑centred approaches to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) across the pensions sector.
Hosted jointly by organisations across the industry, this half‑day event brings together expert speakers, interactive workshops, and a brand‑new “speed coaching” format designed to spark meaningful conversations and leave you with practical ideas you can take back to your workplace. This is a joint event with representatives from the cross industry diversity groups: Investors for Purpose, Pensions Equity Group, Diversity in Pensions, O:Pen, NextGen, APPT and the DEI Pensions Group
We have a brilliant line up of speakers and panellists for you, including:
- Bruna Bauer (Investors for Purpose)
- Sarah Brennan (Dalriada)
- Luke Hothersall (LCP)
- Lorna Tonner (Hymans Robertson)
- Jill Henderson (Scottish Widows)
Why attend?
DEI remains central to building healthy, effective and forward‑looking organisations — but progress often relies on everyday behaviours, realistic interventions, and shared learning. This event is designed to move beyond theory, focusing instead on:
- real‑life experiences from employers, advisers, providers and trustees
- inclusive behaviours that make a difference
- challenges that organisations and individuals face
- actionable steps you can implement straight away
