Join ACNC for a nourishing, approachable vegan cooking class designed to make plant-based eating simple, satisfying, and enjoyable. In this hands-on-style class, we’ll explore wholesome vegan recipes, practical cooking tips, and how to build balanced meals that support overall health.

The class is led by Sharon Asselta, a certified health coach and longtime vegan who specializes in using food as medicine to support digestion, skin health, and the body’s natural detox pathways. Sharon brings a grounded, compassionate approach to wellness, empowering people to feel confident in the kitchen and connected to their bodies through food.
Whether you’re new to vegan cooking or looking for fresh inspiration, this class offers supportive guidance, real-life strategies, and delicious plant-based meals that are sustainable!
Kids 7+ are welcome to join. Younger kids can play in our kids room equipped with toys, a chalk wall, coloring books, books and Disney plus.
