Breathwork isn't about breathing "perfectly" or forcing an experience. It's about learning to work with your breath intentionally — to slow down, create energy, or simply to notice what's there. The breath is always with you.

Our Reset Circles utilize breathwork as a tool for regulation, awareness, and connection. Every Wednesday session offers space to explore what you need in the moment. Whether you know exactly what you need or simply know something needs to change, you’ll reset alongside like-minded individuals in a supportive community.

Info: Doors open 15 minutes before the start of class and doors close promptly 5 minutes after class begins. Arriving early allows you to settle into your reserved space, get to know someone in the Reset circle, set your intention for the class and/or pull an oracle card from the deck to reflect upon.

Info: We begin the class with a warm welcome and somatic movement to ground ourselves before our breathwork experience. Get to know your circle for the session and share your intentions or what you're currently moving through. A brief explanation of the breathwork practice will be reviewed for those new to breathwork. Every part of the breathwork experience will be guided, you are not expected to know what to do, you will be gently guided the entire time.

Info: We will settle in place for the rest of the session and begin our guided breathwork experience. During this practice, you will receive encouragement, if welcomed - supportive touch and instruments may be used to deepen your connection to the practice. We will gently bring you out of the experience and allow time for community integration as we close our circle.
