About this Event
Over the last year, Empact Art harnessed the creativity of hundreds of Baltimoreans by inviting them to envision, carve, and glaze tiles for inclusion in a Johnston Square Community Bench at the Hammond at Greenmount Park, right outside of Johnston Square's new Library Branch.
Each tile is a small self-expression; put together, they became a thing of beauty.
This one-of-a-kind public artwork represents what is possible when neighbors come together to create something meaningful for generations to enjoy. 💜💚
