His latest album, PRISM, Season Three of his Four Season roll-out - which includes an album of meditations (Running River) and a fully instrumental album (Still Searching) – reclaimed Butler’s classic groove-laden force, again topping the ARIA Australian album charts and seducing fans globally as he toured from North America to the UK, Europe and across Australia and New Zealand.
For PRISM, Butler formed a ferocious new band including original JBT drummer Michael Barker, Ian Peres on bass/keys and Michael Boase on percussion. The live sound is immense, injecting an unbridled energy into the PRISM anthems and bringing the much-loved classics a renewed fervour. The gents are truly on fire.
