Description of ride:
Fuel up, kick the stands up, and hit the road for a scenic run to Petersburg, VA. This ride features winding backroads, open stretches of countryside, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the freedom of two wheels. We'll stop for lunch around 11:30 AM before continuing the adventure.
After lunch, we'll head south through Five Forks and the historic Petersburg National Battlefield area on our way to Warfield, VA. From there, we'll turn southeast and cruise through the rural communities of Jarratt and Drewryville before connecting with Route 58.
Our final stop of the day will be at the Dairy Queen on Route 58 near Courtland, VA, for a well-earned ice cream break. Afterward, we'll follow Route 58 east toward I-664, enjoying one last stretch of open road as we make our way home.
The official Ironclad HOG ride will conclude at the I-264/I-64 split, where riders can peel off at their convenience and continue home. Expect great roads, scenic views, and a full day of riding with fellow enthusiasts.
