Immersion Service Details:
Doors Open: 5:00pm
Prayer in SLC Auditorium: 5:25pm
Main Sanctuary Doors Open: 5:45pm
Service Starts: 6:00pm
All bags will be checked upon entering the building!
SOME THINGS TO NOTE:
Prayer Ministry
Prayer - in the sanctuary altar area and immersion pools - will be ministered following the preached word.
You do not have to be immersed in order to receive prayer and impartation at the service.
IF YOU DESIRE THE MINISTRY OF BAPTISM // IMMERSION:
HOW TO PREPARE:
PLEASE WEAR TO CHURCH an outfit in which to be baptized.
Select items that are MODEST when wet, i.e., dark, thick, short sleeved tops and slacks.
PLEASE avoid white or thin material and thin straps.
PLEASE, no dresses.
PLEASE, no short shorts.
PLEASE, no bathing suits.
A towel will be provided for you. Please bring an extra for your comfort.
Please bring a complete change of clothes in a sealed garment bag.
Please separate mens clothes from women's clothes. The changing rooms are in different areas.
Minors MUST BE accompanied by parent or legal guardian in order to be baptized. No exceptions.
Please note: those with wounds or incisions will receive prayer ministry from the pool rather than in the pool. Thank you.
You may be in the ministry waiting area several hours - up to three or more hours depending upon attendance.
We are not taking reservations for baptisms at this time.
Wait time varies depending upon response and prayer requests.
At this time, prayer in the baptism pools is ministered during the scheduled Immersion Services only.
PERSONS AFFECTED BY ANY OF THESE SITUATIONS WILL BE MINISTERED TO OUTSIDE OF THE POOL:
Wounds or Incisions
Infections
Incontinent (those wearing incontinence briefs)
