Jodi Naik (Ngāti Maniapoto) is a contemporary painter andphotographer based in Taranaki, New Zealand. Her work
explores inner stillness, spiritual faith, exploration and the
interconnection of self and nature through drawing inspiration
from Te Ao Marama - the world of light in Te Ao Maori - and the
journey from darkness into light.
Using pointillism as a meditative process, Jodi creates pieces that
reflect her connection to whakapapa and the quiet unfolding of
self. Her work invites moments of calm, reflection, and personal
connection.
Jodi holds a BVA from Auckland University of Technology (2017).
