JOG serves more than 2,000 young people annually across Ashland, Medina, Stark, Summit, and Trumbull Counties, helping youth ages 14–24 overcome barriers, complete their education, and successfully transition into meaningful employment, career training, and brighter futures.
Through education, career development, leadership opportunities, and hands-on work experience, JOG empowers young people with the tools and support they need to succeed.
