JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and results-driven Merchant Relationship Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with mobile phone dealers partnering with the company, supporting merchant activities, identifying sales opportunities, and driving order generation.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree or HND is required. Candidates with exceptional relevant experience may be considered.
2. Age: 22–35 years.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build positive relationships with merchants and customers.
5. Work Experience: At least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in sales, marketing, customer relations, or merchant management.
6. Professionalism: Must be polite, courteous, responsible, and professional when dealing with merchants and customers.
7. Risk Awareness: Ability to assess customer purchasing intentions, identify potential risks, and exercise sound judgment.
8. Flexibility and Performance: Must be willing to work under pressure, comply with regional assignments, and meet daily performance targets of at least two completed orders.
SALARY & BENEFITS
💰 Basic Monthly Salary: ₦130,000
🚗 Monthly Transport Allowance: ₦20,000
✅ Total Monthly Compensation: ₦150,000
