Jo McCosker’s Farewell Party
Join us for an evening celebrating the career of Nurse Jo and wishing her well in retirement.
HFQ is hosting a farewell party to give members an opportunity to thank Jo for all of her support of our community over the last 3 decades and share memories of all of the wonderful impacts she has had on so many patients and their families.
There will be platters provided for an evening snack and a drink on arrival for all guests, as well as a cash bar. We will be bringing along lots of fun activities for the kiddos as we know there will be plenty of current patients wanting to join us in celebrating.

Anyone wishing to contribute to the cost of the evening is welcome to do so via our bank details, which can be provided on request if you don't have them. This is, however, completely voluntary and your presence to celebrate Jo is the most important thing!
