JAZZx FORWARD is an international meeting place and marketplace for emerging artists, festival directors and music industry professionals from Central and Eastern Europe and a chance for the public to discover what’s next in music.Over three days, 12 emerging artists from around the world will perform live in Timișoara, bringing together contemporary jazz, soul, R&B, rap, spoken word, alt-pop and everything in between.
Selected through an international open call, the artists will perform in front of an invited delegation of festival directors, bookers and music industry professionals from across the region, creating new connections that can lead to future bookings and collaborations.
For the public, JAZZx FORWARD is an opportunity to discover new artists before they reach the bigger stages. Three days of live music, new sounds and artists worth keeping an eye on.
