Join us for an evening of extraordinary live jazz in support of Ukraine.
We warmly invite you to a special charitable jazz concert set in the stunning St Barnabas Church in Dulwich. This unique event will feature and its accalimed international jazz musicians. Having already wowed audiences in Reading, Sheffield, Nottingham, Cheltenham, Marlow, Deddington and Brighton, they are coming together once more to raise vital funds for life-saving aid to Ukraine.

CLAIRE MARTIN, OBE
‘If there’s jazz royalty in Britain, Claire Martin is definitely ermine clad’

One of the UK’s leading jazz vocalists, has enjoyed an exceptional international career spanning nearly four decades. An eight-time winner of the British Jazz Awards, she has performed worldwide, released over 20 acclaimed albums, and collaborated with jazz greats including Stephane Grappelli, Kenny Barron and Richard Rodney Bennett.
A regular soloist with major orchestras and a former presenter of BBC Radio 3’s Jazz Line-Up, Claire has earned international recognition for her expressive voice and musical sophistication. She was awarded an OBE for Services to Jazz and is widely regarded as one of the finest jazz singers of her generation. Her performances continue to captivate audiences with elegance, warmth, and world-class artistry.
JAMES MCMILLAN
is an acclaimed record producer and trumpeter, born into a family of artists and musicians. Educated at the Royal College of Music in London and Berklee College of Music, he began his professional career at just 18, performing with Sade.
Since then, James has built an impressive international career, balancing a busy studio schedule across the UK and US with performances at the highest level. Deeply influenced by jazz, soul and a wide spectrum of musical styles, he has developed a distinctive production sound—rich, expressive and unmistakably his own.
His work spans an extraordinary range, from performing with James Brown to producing a US R&B No.1 single with American Idol. Alongside his production work, he has released five jazz-influenced albums under his own name, further showcasing his artistry as both musician and producer.
was formed in January 2023 by jazz musicians in Berkshire and Oxfordshire. Since its inception, the band has performed in Reading, Sheffield, Nottingham, Cheltenham, Marlow, Deddington and Brighton. The Band's mission is to stand with Ukrainian people, to fundraise for Ukraine related projects, to help people stay connected during these difficult times, to bring a message of love and celebrate camaraderie between British and Ukrainian people through music.
