About this Event
Legendary performer Barb Jungr and her trio led by top pianist Simon Wallace bring a selection of songs about places and people, both from Jung’s celebrated 45 year back catalogue including Cohen’s ‘ Suzanne’, Dylan’s ‘Blind Willie McTell, and Paul Simon’s ‘My Little Town’ together with new material such as “Dylan’s ‘Scarlet Town’ and Jimmy Webb’s ‘MacArthur Park’.
“Jungr interprets Dylan & Cohen’s work with a ferocity and truthfulness that demolishes every cover version you have ever heard…..” – The New York Times.
