Jardines Varietals x Apax Lab | An Exclusive Cupping Workshop

Jardines Varietals is Cofinet's experimental farms, competition-grade coffees from two farms owned by Cofinet founders Felipe and Carlos Arcila: Jardines del Edén and Jardines del Encanto.

For this workshop, we're collaborating with Apax Lab, the water mineral science company founded by Simon Gautherin, to cup 8 of these experimental lots through different water profiles and taste how minerals change what comes through in the cup.
