About this Event
The performance, directed by Mikiko Ridd, will celebrate the choir's journey since its founding in 2016. The choir has commissioned a new arrangement of traditional Japanese folk song Sakura from composer and singer-songwriter Maya Caskie. Acapella choral music will include folk songs and choral music from European and Japanese composers. There will also be a solo performance by international pianist Yoriko Wakabayashi.
Refreshments will be available before and after the concert at Ground Coffee Society at St Mary's church.
Tickets at £15 online or via choir members, or £17 on the door, and are available to purchase on Eventbrite.
