Japanese whisky has become one of the most sought-after categories in the world. But what actually makes it different?
Join us for a focused tasting with Suntory, exploring the whiskies, distilleries, casks, and techniques behind the category.
We’ll start with a classic Japanese Highball and explore a selection of Suntory whiskies, including expressions from:
- Yamazaki Distiller's Reserve & 12y — Japan’s first malt whisky distillery
- Hakushu & Hakushu 12y — whisky shaped by its forested mountain surroundings
- Hibiki — Suntory’s celebrated blended whisky
Along the way, we’ll look at how each whisky gets its character and why Suntory takes such a distinctive approach to whisky-making.
