Hi, I'm Jhenn! I'm a former head chef and have been certified by the Japanese government as a traditional Japanese washoku chef. I'd love for you to join me and enjoy a taste of Japan with food not found in restaurants.

This November supper club is going to be special! Taking place on a Friday night, it's also my 15th anniversary of doing supper clubs. Not to mention it's right after my Japan trip and right before a Japanese cooking competition! I might have to try some dishes out on you 😉
